Westport's Premiere Paleo

Eatery + Culinary School

X

Cindy + Danielle Hartog are a dynamic mother and daughter team. The pair of professionally trained chefs were both diagnosed with autoimmune diseases at the same time and turned to a Paleo diet to control their symptoms. Through their journey to healing, they found a love for Paleo cooking and baking. After struggling to find restaurants, cafes, markets + culinary classes to frequent that were safe for their new lifestyle, they decided to open NewBrook Cafe + Cooking School. NewBrook aims to serve their clients gourmet Paleo dishes in a casual and modern setting. NewBrook uses the finest quality ingredients, that are free from gluten, milk, and soy, but never free from taste. Stop in for an amazing salad, hearty toast, tasty entree, delectable dessert, or a class!

In the Artisan Market, you will be able to find Cindy + Danielle's favorite Paleo products including nut butters, a large selection of handmade + curated chocolate options, and much more. See you soon!
